And so that was 2012

What a year. I couldn't have envisioned it even had I tried. 

There have been ups and there have been downs. Too many to keep track of. In just this past year the sheer amount of support I've encountered personally, as a result of this blog, has been overwhealming. And today, the last day of the year 2012, well ladies and gentlemen I'm going out with a bang that's for sure.

The lovely folks over at the Belfast Telegraph featured me in amongst other well known NI celebrities, as one of them!!! I would never have imagined this blog or my name reaching the ears of anyone never mind appearing in print. It's been a brilliant year and I've had some amazing coverage so do keep your eyes peeled for a new feature page, Press, coming soon.

 I decided to glam up the trousers a little as they're quite young / street style almost and I think the peplum top from Sainsbury's really allows the outfit a dressy feel. I teamed the ensemble with a glass of the bubbly stuff (cidona), earrings from Lee and the lovely black patent dolly shoes that came to me on Christmas Eve c/o Barratts.

And there we have it, my NYE outfit. Which! I've kept on ALL DAY as opposed to last year's efforts where I ended up like this within no time at all...

None of that carry on this year. I am in my gladrags still, and even though I'll most likely stick to cidona I feel like I'm celebrating. Something. 

Here's to 2013 folks and all that sail in her. All aboard!!!
