Cruel Summer

It's no secret I love a pretty dress. I'm definitely a dresser upper. I think it's because I spent so many years in a black skirt and top of some description. I'm like a kid in a sweet shop if I'm completely honest and I make no apology!

Today though, I thought I'd post a little Instagram OOTD's for you to have a nosy at.

This blog is a complete indulgence for me to truly have fun with style etc sometimes my OOTD's just don't make that grade. But at the end of the day I'm a mummy and a housewife, sometimes I have to dress accordingly ;)

A staple of mine is a straight leg jean which can lend itself to many styles. Long straight legs with heels or boots / turn up the hem to wear with flats.
This OOTD was for meeting the new landlord/lady. They must have liked it as we move in T - 16 days!

Jeans again! Remember last week when I said I lived in jeans? I really wasn't kidding! The great slouchy top is from Internacionale and I received it as part of myself and Fashion Floozy's clothes swap.

I posted this OOTD on the blog last week as it was too fun not to. I always dress down skater dresses by wearing leggings but you could easily add a pair of DM's and a biker jacket.

This outfit was £2 months back. In Tesco! A great easy to wear tunic, I'd be lost without it. Staple leggings of course.

During a rare day of sunshine I popped on a maxi dress my mum had sent down and instantly hated it, I had a lightbulb moment and added the belt which made all the difference. I'm actually looking forward to wearing this again.

One of my favourite casual combos. Mismatched prints <3

And finally today was Granny Chic. The little white jumper, a steal on ebay (no original source I'm sorry but I do recommend buying a few slash neck tops for A/W) When I really cannot be bothered and want something loose and easy to wear I reach for this pleated ''granny'' skirt. Charity shops are your friend here!

And that brings us to Tuesday. I wonder what my closet will spew out at me today!
