Baby's got Back

I've never denied my one huge problem area. I, like everyone out there, am all too aware of the things I don't like about myself, my shape, my size, certain personality traits. In our dark lonely hours they fill our mind with nothing but insecurities. Well, today I am embracing my one huge problem area.

My bum.

Now, as I mentioned, this is just one of the things that I dislike about myself. It's certainly not the only thing but it's the area that's been playing on my mind recently.

I have a huge bum.

I've always had a huge bum. Right back to my teenage years, in secondary school, it was the biggest taunt (apart from the ever so original ginger teasing taunts of course). Boys loved nothing more than hurling big ass insults at me. Back then J-Lo, Beyonce and Kim Kardashian hadn't made big butts cool. Back then it was just another target area for people to pick on.

I tend to shy away from drawing attention to my bum. I always cover it or skim it. I never really wear anything that really just puts it out there.. Until my mum turned up to give me some clothes she had purchased from Room31 that she felt weren't really her. Amongst that bag of goodies was a long black dip-hemmed tunic with fabulous button back detail.

I've teamed this Reyna 3/4 Long Top in Black by Only with my black leggings, Everything Five Pounds Shoes and a black patent skinny belt.

It's very easy to wear for around the house and easily dressed up when the occasion crops up.

But yes, the back detailing...

It definitely embraces your bum. Especially when teamed with a belt (which I personally think it needs) I do like the back I have to say. I really didn't think I would but it's growing on me quite quickly.

Room31.co.uk have an amazing Summer Sale on at the moment with up to 80% off certain items!

For instance this top is priced at just £10 right now! Bargain!

Will you be embracing your bum? Figuratively speaking of course, else you'd just look strange...
