They don't call me Red for nothing

On the blog today I wanted to show you one of my Christmas presents from my parents. I had been informed of what it was before Christmas because.... my mum was panicking it wouldn't fit.

So what was it? A glorious red coat from Next who I know sometimes run a little on the snug side with the sizing. So it was with great trepidation that I tried it on Boxing Day.

Lo and behold it fit like a glove and I do love it. It's warm and it's beautiful. And very very red.

The detailing makes this coat, with buttons that do up diagonally and higher waisted pockets this coat is cut in a very flattering manner. This, my friends is ALWAYS a winner!

Unfortunately it's no longer available to buy on the Next website so I've gathered some other red coats for you in case the fancy takes you...

But luckily for me, my red coat quota is a-ok!

If I could live in Red I most probably would!

What colour coat are you wearing most this year?

    1. They were slim on the ground weren't they? Hope you find one in time for next year! I'd love a bottle green frock coat for next year :D

  2. I love this coat, and it looks so pretty on you!
I recently bought a red coat from Primark, which has quite a full skirt and always makes me feel rather formal :) Red coats remind me of being little, as my "best" coat was a red velvet one with black cuffs and collar and was kept for parties only.
