Since it's approaching The Agoraphobic Fashionista's first birthday I thought I'd take a look back at the archives. I've had a blast writing here this past year and I like to think my style has grown in that time (at least I'd hope it has!) and I've come to believe I've also grown.
Let's see! First up?
Like A Virgin my very first post. This blog was thought of and created in the same night. It was a total impulse situation. I hadn't particularly thought what I had wanted to do or directionality or anything like that at all. I created a space for me to ramble.
This was my very first Accent Nail (basically any form of nail art). Beware this post contained the first mention of Christmas last year ;)
Next up was the intro post (of sorts). A Bit Late for Introductions. I'd put up two different photos of me in a black dress. My before and after I guess.
I should dig the fan and evening dress out again!
And onwards we cracked with the year 2012. With some great nail posts, looking back my obsession with nail polish started quite early on.... :S
The AF Bloggers Budget Challenge was born in July
Stay tuned for the November challenge due to hit these pages next Friday!
And I had to include my husband and I's favourite post. All because I embraced my curves...
Embracing Femme Fatale and paying homage to Film Noir I wish I could dress like this every day.
And so we're near the 16th November 2012. One year on from starting my blogging journey. And what a year it's been.
To celebrate there will be a giveaway! The biggest there's ever been on The Agoraphobic Fashionista. With prizes from Room 31, The Make Up Bag, Adorning Ava, a very special Girls Night In box put together by me and rumours of a very kitsch prize it's a giveaway not to be missed.
Until then, so far? It's been a blast, can we keep doing this?
I thought I'd leave you with one of my favourite quotations, warms my heart everytime I hear it
''I tried taking pictures, but they were so mediocre. I guess every girl
goes through a photography phase. You know, horses... taking dumb
pictures of your feet.''
''Stay here with me. We'll start a jazz band.''
Thank you for sticking with me so far :D
