*Gone Shopping*

I have mentioned it before. I'm a complete and utter budget shopper. I don't get to spend a lot on myself so I'm careful with what I buy apart from once every few months when the Cupcake giveth.

The Cupcake

Every spare bit of change I have at the end of a day, it goes in this cupcake money jar. If my parents give me money that isn't for Riley - this is where it goes. So once every few months I get to empty it out and if I've everything else covered I get to spend it on beauty products of my choosing.

Today was the day for breaking into the Cupcake. Today I went to Superdrug and I went on a mini spree!

I was running low on all my usual nail polishes so it seemed a good opportunity to stock up in some newer shades.

I'm really pleased with my picks.
And just in case any of you are heading out to your relative town/cities tomorrow shopping I've listed the price at time of buying.

All MUA products just £1.00 but the first complaint I have about these is the fact they don't seem to be labelled very well so I can't tell you the shades as I simply couldn't make them out.

From top left to right
NYC Shade 248 Manhattan £1.79
NYC Shade 253 Macaroon £2.49
Barry M Shade 312 Indigo £2.99
Barry M Shade 1A Red Wine £2.99
Bottom row left to right
Spirit Heart Resin Studs in coral £1.99
MUA pressed powder Shade 2 £1.00

Remaining items are:
Hot Looks by Collection 2000 Shades Fruit Loop, Candy Floss and Lemon Soda all £1.79 each
Spirit flower disc earrings 99p
And the only item I had already was the Collection 2000 Extreme 24 Hour Felt Tip Liner which is priced at £2.99 (there is a 2 for £4.99 offer on at the moment), but I was running very low and then the blue caught my eye too so I went with my beauty guts and picked it up.

All in all, including the offers, my haul came to the £30 I bust out of the cupcake. It'll maybe be another few months before I can do another but folks! Save those pennies and bank them when they amount to anything it's a great way to save up some treat money.

*Breathes a sigh of relief*
And that was my first ever haul! How'd I do?

Oh.... and does anyone have any thoughts on what colour I could do my nails tonight!!!!

  1. I love this, everyone deserves a good haul now and again! Barry M Indigo is one of my favourite Barry M polishes, it's such a nice colour on. I love the heart earrings, they're adorable! Cupcakes are great ;-)
